This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a charming village. The location couldn't be better, right next to the train station and surrounded by local restaurants. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, even accommodating early breakfasts for guests participating in local events. The rooms were tidy and offered stunning views of the mountains. The hotel's breakfast spread was delicious and a great way to start the day.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, made with a heart for children and very quiet even though it is located in the centre of Lenk. The service was excellent on all levels and the staff super friendly. We had a very spacious room with lovely balconies. The pool, sauna and sitting room with bar and fireplace were all very much enjoyed. Breakfast is authentic with Swiss cheeses and meats, they also serve rösti and eggs on demand, and home made gluten free bread. Good food at the restaurant too.
The restaurant menu could have a greater variety of dishes (chicken was not on it). We found the temperature of the pool a bit low, too low for small children.

Hotel very well managed & perfectly maintained. Excellent breakfast selection. Most staff (except for one painful exception) were very profesional & friendly.
Quality of the staff has been variable. Most were professional & friendly, but one lady at the breakfast service was unbearingly uninspired, and very rude to the clients. It is a pity that the overall tip for the staff has suffered from this experience, which has tarnished our otherwise excellent impression of the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in the centre of the town, next to the train station, is perfect for exploring the area. The rooms, especially those with views of the mountains, are comfortable and have all the basic amenities you need. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. One standout detail mentioned by a reviewer is the lovely balcony with a splendid view of the mountains.
No negative aspects mentioned.

It's one of those rare hotels where the standards are higher than the 3 star rating. They put us on the top floor with great views of the mountains. The breakfast was lovely - with local ingredients. Great hotel - well worth it.

The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. We had them ship a phone we left in the room to Zurich overnight and it was no problem. Would recommend them to everyone. Also the breakfast in the morning is delightful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were great, including a fantastic sauna and steam room. I especially appreciated the location, as it was just a short walk to the train station and the main dining/shopping area. Additionally, the hotel provided free tram rides during my stay, which allowed me to enjoy some beautiful views and hikes throughout the mountains. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing me to check in early without any issue.
Almost perfect.

The location is wonderful, you don´t need to take the car. Nice the pool and the Spa. Very nice the breakfast.
I think some parts of the hotel need to make new. The heating was too high that we had to open the window all night with -10° outside!!

Great location with beautiful views and easily accessible transportation. The room was comfortable and had everything needed, including a lovely balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the wellness area was a nice touch. free parking was available for our convenience.
The hotel could benefit from some updates, particularly in the bathroom and pool area. The elevator was not reliable during our stay, causing some inconvenience.

It is hard to be surprised with the Swiss hospitality but in this instance I really was. It is a very nice place, I will definitely visit it again.
A road sign to the main parking behind the hotel from the Lenkstrasse would be very helpful.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and beautiful views I had a fantastic stay in this hotel during my city trip. the staff was very welcoming and made me feel at home. the breakfast was really delicious, with a great variety of options. I also loved the beautiful views from my room, which made me feel relaxed and peaceful.
Noise from the main road and creaking of wood One thing I didn't enjoy so much was the noise from the road that is close to the hotel. It was quite loud at night and sometimes interrupted my sleep.

This hotel is located at a great spot; it is right next to the train station and in the centre of the village where you can find some lovely restaurants. You can walk to the skiing lift very easily. the room was well-furnished and clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. the breakfast was delightful, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. the sauna and steam room facilities were great and offered a very relaxing experience.
The hotel could have more multilingual announcements and information, as everything was in German.
